From Baguio With Love | Minesview Park, Baguio City
When people ask me what kind of photographer I am, I usually just say, “I shoot people for a living”. Of course, this is followed by a quick explanation that what I really meant was that I photographed events, and that I also do portraits for personal and commercial use. Simple and direct. No fuss. It’s a service, artfully done. Or well, Art, delivered with a heart of a service. One can’t go, without the other. Outside of what I call work, I really do enjoy quiet moments. Last year, I came up to visit an old friend, whom I kept on returning to, on various stages of my life.…

Thirdie’s Safari World Party | Flair Towers, Mandaluyong
Welcome to Thirdie’s Safari World! He celebrated his first birthday with a lot of party animals, as styled and decorated by Dianne Khu. There was an explosion of colors that really reminded you about the outdoors, even though the party was held inside a function room at Flair Towers Mandaluyong. The place was transformed into festive location and upon entering, guests were already getting greeted by a lion! Mom Chimene and Dad Ed also had a lot of fun creating moments with Thirdie. As you scroll down, you’ll see! đ Â The kids, family and friends also had a lot of fun, thanks to our host Flooch who kept everyone beaming…

Concio Family | Smart Parenting Feature
A few months back, we were given the honor of meeting such a cool and extremely creative family  — The Concio Family. We worked with Smart Parenting ‘s Lei Sison this time for a feature on their website which was especially written for expectant moms ( Preggy Chronicles).  In this article, moms will get to read about fun facts about Mom Carla’s pregnancy and how they take care of their daughters Julia and Talia, together with Dad Francis. Prior to our photo shoot, I had first chanced upon the super talented Concio Sister’s performance at ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra’s Disney In Concert: Tale as Old As Time ( November 19-20 2016).  I caught the…

Tea Time with Elize| Unilab Bayanihan Center
I often hear at Church or whenever I get to hear inspiring talks on family life and parenting every now and then, that “Your family is your first ministry”. For Marge and Erik, holding an event where their huge family can come together to celebrate is a gesture of their love for togetherness and quality time. Even though Elize is still too little and too young to remember, they are already laying down some touch stones or memories for Elize to hold on to when she grows older. They prepared for a her a stylish and wonderful event that was well attended by family and friends who, one day, Elize will treat…

Turtle Power! Rafa’s First Birthday | Urdaneta Clubhouse
A few months or weeks before Rafa’s birthday, his parents were already dropping hints about their preparation and the possible theme for their party. You see, birthday parties, much like weddings and other family occasions, also take a lot of work, organizing and planning. If you ask me, what I most admire in the preparation process, is really the teamwork that happens, between husband and wife. The excitement they get out of building something really memorable creates for them that cool journey, of doing things, together with so much joy :). It amazes me too, that their family and friends are always available, to pause… and party! They’re never too…

Miguel’s Market | Hampton Court Hillsborough, Muntinlupa
His name is Alexander Miguel. He celebrated his first birthday at a venue called Hampton Court. Sounds like a feast fit for a king right? Well, it’s definitely a yes. Â With the help of his awesome parents who happen to be a couple of really really creative and talented chefs ( Carlo and Therese), Miguel had a party theme, that was closer to their hearts: A Farmer’s Market! …Yes! With real live , I mean… really fresh vegetables. Together with Passion Cooks, the venue was styled and transformed into a playful yet grand setup. Once you enter the venue and you look up, a sea of blue and white will…

We got featured on Cosmo.ph!
And just like that, I became part of an article on women who shifted careers to pursue their passion, as told by Cosmo.ph :). I never saw this coming, but I’m grateful for the chance to be an inspiration to other girls as well. You’ll never know when your own journey can spark joy, somewhere down the road. Smart Parenting Features : Chynna Ortaleza-Cipriano’s Birthing Story
We got to meet super cool mommy, Chynna Ortaleza-Cipriano during our shoot about her birthing story with Smart Parenting Online back in October 2016. Listening to her and watching her while she shared her experiences with the team, was so entertaining. She’s such an awesome story teller, that even though we were in a show room, her way of describing the entire experience made us feel that we were also with her there in the hospital. It was crazy, cool and fun at the same time. Very much like how she is as a person. As she continued to share with us her story, we noticed how she also highlights…

Seconds with Val | Celebrating New Chances
The house isnât empty. đ My friend Val, escaped the fire that broke into their home a few months back. Had she not, I would have been shooting walls. Only walls filled with faint memories of her, and me being left clueless about what she was last thinking, or feeling, or doing. When I met her, a few days after the incident, she said, âBuhay Ako!â. And I think I replied something like ⌠You donât know how happy I am to hear that. And no matter how cinematic it might have looked and sounded, we did hug like we have never hugged before. ( Insert tears here). đ I…
