Ana’s Cocomelon Celebration!
When you’ve been covering milestones for a family for a decade, you begin to feel like you’re somewhat a cousin too! And to be reunited as the pandemic is coming to an end, is nothing short of a miracle. We thank our Lord for our health and His provisions, in this case, we even welcomed a new member to our Time Traveling family: Ana! It was so nice to meet the family again π We had started our journey together during Darwin and Stacey’s Prenup shoot. And at one point we even appeared in a feature article together at Manila Bulletin! (Thanks to the Picture Perfect Team!) As we reconnected…

Atara Turns 3 | Chapters at Home
A whole new world— Indeed! Sometimes I find myself wondering about how to tell my tiny friends like Atara (3YO), about this season, where Covid-19 seem to have robbed a lot of families of good memories. But, what I’ve learned is that accepting the situation does not mean defeat. It means, “okay-and?”. This is exactly what happened when we had Atara’s birthday portraits. Her parents, Ashby and Josh, were determined to make sure that Atara’s heart will be filled with loads of laughter, so they were preparing a home-based virtual party where Atara’s friends were invited on Zoom. π Isn’t that inspiring? π To celebrate her special day, we had…

Lucia’s First Christmas | Family Portraits
OH, Hello Lucia! Months really do seem like days. π The belly that I once knew, is now a cute curly top named Lucia who just celebrated her first Christmas! She has made their filled with lots of new experiences, adventures, singing and yes, sleepless nights ^___^. Len and AL shared that they have become used to caring for Lucia by the time we came together for our Christmas shoot. π Our pregnancy shoot had some window shots too, so we updated that moment with Lucia π One day, she’ll definitely remember, that we celebrated her littleness, this way. π In the middle of our shoot, I asked if Len…

At Home with the Sisons | Family Portraits
Laughter is the best heirloom. π Our family shoots are actually available all year round. But it is during the holidays when shoots like these are most remembered and appreciated. Although there are more ways these days to stay in touch with family, there is that one that that cannot yet be replaced — it’s the family noise! The funny banters between siblings, cousins, husband and wife, grand parents and grand children,Β is something that is unique to every family. The familiarity of course… allows for these kinds of funny exchanges to be totally and absolutely necessary. And I just love how, priceless moments, captured in stills will be reminding…

Seconds with Val | Celebrating New Chances
The house isnβt empty. π My friend Val, escaped the fire that broke into their home a few months back. Had she not, I would have been shooting walls. Only walls filled with faint memories of her, and me being left clueless about what she was last thinking, or feeling, or doing. When I met her, a few days after the incident, she said, βBuhay Ako!β. And I think I replied something like β¦ You donβt know how happy I am to hear that.Β And no matter how cinematic it might have looked and sounded, we did hug like we have never hugged before. ( Insert tears here). π I…
