A Wall Climbing Birthday Celebration

Matteo & Aina celebrated their birthday party this year(2024) at Power Up Festival Mall. These siblings truly had a lot of fun with their friends from school, through playing wall-climbing games. Each time a friend would go up the wall, you would really hear children and parents cheering them from below. I think, that this is very nice to witness, as we get to be reminded about the importance of encouraging one another.

While birthday parties with performers and a set program is still a hit, I noticed how indoor play grounds really do bring a lot of joy to ‘not-so-little-kids’. Rather than sitting down and listening, you’ll see them running around and even doing cart-wheels at times. They take on the challenge, of climbing the walls, while being guided by the coaches at Power Up. And, they do it, even if they are afraid! By listening to the coaches they are able to find out which rock to grab onto next so that they can go further, up up and away!. And after reaching their goal, I’m pretty sure they came out stronger! 🙂
